Aironply Terms & Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User") and Aironply ("Platform", "we", "us") with respect to your use of the Aironply website and all related gaming services. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Aironply platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future updates to them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

If you are accessing Aironply on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have obtained their explicit consent to these Terms on their behalf, and you accept personal liability for any breach.

02 Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on Aironply, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of Aironply or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by Aironply for violations of these Terms.
• You are not currently self-excluded from the platform through the Responsible Gaming tools.

03 Account Registration

You may only hold one active account on the Aironply platform. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

• Your login credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Aironply support immediately.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawal requests can be processed. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• OTP verification may be required for login from unrecognised devices and for sensitive account actions.

04 Payments & Currency

All financial transactions on the Aironply platform — including deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No foreign currency conversion applies at any stage.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• GCash (Philippine e-wallet)
• Maya (Philippine e-wallet)
• Philippine bank transfer and online/mobile banking

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods on Aironply.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before they can be processed.
• You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered under your own name and identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Aironply reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests.
• In the event that funds are deposited in error, you must notify Aironply immediately. You may not use funds that are not rightfully yours.

05 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Aironply platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo — are subject to the rules of each individual game in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific game rules shall take precedence for matters relating to game outcomes.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• Game outcomes for random number-based games (slots, RNG table games) are determined by certified random number generators.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer in real time and are subject to the live stream rules.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with the result of the relevant event. In-play bets are subject to additional settlement rules specific to each sport.
• In cases of technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction, Aironply reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• Aironply does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market.

06 Responsible Gaming

Aironply is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. Online gaming involves financial risk. No outcome is guaranteed, and no gaming system or strategy can eliminate risk.

• Players are encouraged to set personal budgets and play within their means.
• Session history and transaction records are available in your account dashboard to help you track your activity.
• Self-exclusion options are available for players who need to take a break from gaming.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Aironply platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating duplicate accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use unauthorised tools or bots.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to circumvent fair gameplay.
• Using another person's account or payment details.
• Attempting to withdraw funds that have been deposited without being actively used for betting.
• Any activity that Aironply reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or intended to exploit the platform.

Aironply reserves the right to investigate any account activity it considers suspicious and to take appropriate action, including suspension and fund review, pending the outcome of any investigation.

08 Account Termination

You may close your Aironply account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining eligible balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the payment terms, subject to identity verification.

Aironply may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity on your account.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, Aironply reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. This does not affect funds that were deposited legitimately and not subject to any disputed activity.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aironply shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or earnings arising from your use of the platform.
• Interrupted access to the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from the use of game strategy, systems, or third-party tools.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

Aironply makes no representation that the platform will be free from errors or uninterrupted at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly.

10 Changes to These Terms

Aironply reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through their registered contact details. However, it remains your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of the Aironply platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
